Working with Perla Flor Design and Roxanne for my wedding florals was hands down a choice I would make over and over again! Roxanne took the time to listen to my vision while considering my budget and just knocked it out of the park. She took my vision while capturing my personality as well as used flowers that have great meaning/memories for me and created magic. Not only is Roxanne caring and genuine but she has the passion and creativity that any person would want to work with while planning their wedding. I felt confident and as though there was one less worry in using Roxanne for my florals. She was prompt, responsive, understanding, and so easy to work with. Giving Roxanne the freedom to do what she does best with little guidance from me was one of the best decisions I made planning my wedding. To be honest, I didn’t even want to hire a florist for my wedding. But, Roxanne came highly recommended, so I decided to at least meet with her to give a poorly crafted vision of what I wanted to get an estimate.
I am not exaggerating when I say that hiring her was a Godsend. I know nothing of flowers, but Roxanne graciously came prepared with lots of good questions, ideas, and pictures to really get a feel for my style. She completely put me at ease. Not only did we talk of flowers, but she also listened to my heart and gave advise for wedding planning in general that I still remember to this day. I never felt like a client, just like 2 friends grabbing coffee together. Honestly, she made the wedding dreams I didn’t even know I had come true.
I didn’t have to worry about any of it. She handles all the set up, so all you have to do is show up and celebrate. Everything was perfect. Not only was it gorgeous, but it was also deeply personal and meaningful. She knows the meaning of flowers…..the characteristics that they symbolize, and she shares them with you on your wedding day like a prayer over your life. It’s incredible. Her kindness and grace made all the difference.
